A look inward

How does a person begin the journey inward to examine their own soul. When healing cannot occur because those areas have been pressed down through the years. I knew that I would find the tools necessary to look deep inside by listening to "Letting It Settle." His soothing voice and words of wisdom and healing have enabled me to begin to look inward.
