I’m not gonna lie, ever since I’ve been listening to these meditations lately, I’ve feel so calm and I always follow it. When I was in 9th grade I was scrolling once on TikTok that’s when I found Michael, since then I started listening to it almost everyday, and I certainly don’t miss the meditations at 5:00 every Tuesday, so I’m going to continue listening to these podcasts and the mini meditations on TikTok as well!

You are wonderful at helping me understand what I am feeling and I have much interest in knowing what more I am capable of healing in myself.

I first saw Michael Galyon on Instagram and thought, ‘gosh I wish I had a longer version of this to help me relax at nighttime’. Voilà! A podcast! truly, this podcast is unreal. that’s the best way to describe these episodes. every episode is so, so good i could never express it enough. the amount of excitment, happiness, joy and peace i feel from this has honestly changed a lot over the past few weeks for me.there’s no one that compares to michael. his work is incredibly unique and he’s unreal at what he does. this man has a gift that just can’t be replicated.i can’t thank him and this podcast enough for keeping me going. it means the entire world and beyond.thank you, thank you, thank you for being a beam of light at the end of a long, dark tunnel.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Michael as my life coach. Our sessions were a game changer in my life as a gay man.
